Fresh Off the Boat… Literally! Lobster in Jamaica

What’s the best local dish I’ve ever eaten while traveling?
One of my favorites was fresh lobster in Jamaica from HighSeas Seafood Restaurant.
Their lobster raft sits right off the coast, and you literally walk out into the water to order. They had everything they caught fresh that day, and Josh and I went with the spicy lobster and shrimp plate.
The flavor was SO good, and hands down it was the best lobster I had all week. There’s just something special about seafood that was caught that morning and cooked fresh while you’re standing in the Caribbean Sea.
